We understand that unexpected things can happen. That’s why our cancellation policies are clear and fair, for both travelers and locals.
Experiences and activities can be cancelled up to 5 days in advance at no cost. After that, cancellations are charged at 50%. In the Accommodation, Gastronomy, Travel, and local products sections, the cancellation policies are those set by the providers themselves.
What matters is giving notice in time and communicating. Just as you would in any plan between people.
