Degustation of Gillardeau Oysters with Deluxe Toppings, overlooking both the colorful mountains and the sea. These intimate events celebrate the refined cuisine of chef Joris, thoughtfully paired with the expressive Txakoli wines from the bodega’s own vineyards. This Culinary Adventure begins with a visit to the winery, where you’ll discover the story behind the family’s expressive txakoli wines.—a true marriage of land, sea, and flavour. A culinary experience to celebrate la buena vida through oysters in the heart of the Getariako Txakolina vineyards. Get ready for a unique sensory journey, a total immersion in a breathtaking setting, surrounded by vineyards with stunning views of the mountains and the sea.

Each tasting of the Oyster Delicacies is a tribute to the exquisite products of this region (pairing the oysters with toppings deluxe, using vegetables, dairy, wild herbs and flowers, crustaceans, fish, and meat). Finishing the degustation with cheese from the mountains nearby and a dessert made ‘witlof and peas’.
