I will teach you a brief manual facial self-massage routine designed to apply the products efficiently. 5. We will discover the exclusive technique of Gua Sha, exploring its origin, properties, and multiple benefits. 6. I will guide you step by step in performing a Gua Sha self-massage, an ideal technique for toning the skin and reducing expression lines, providing natural and lasting rejuvenation, relieving tension, and we will address maneuvers to alleviate the discomfort of "Bruxism." 7. At the end, we will enjoy an infusion that will provide benefits to our skin.
