Visit to our winery in Peñafiel Introductory wine tasting course, discovering the flavors and aromas of wines, their origins, and the processes that connect them to the grape and the land. Practical identification of the wines with a tasting of a white, rosé, and red wine. Tasting in a relaxed atmosphere of our Thémera, Thémera Crianza, and Sakura wines. They will set the pace for the tasting. Lunch or snack with traditional cured meats and cheeses and the typical oil cake from Peñafiel.

Conoscimi un po' meglio
Aunque nací en Galicia, entre viñas y una bodega familiar, he desarrollado la mayor parte de mi carrera como enólogo en Peñafiel donde llegué como ayudante de enólogo en 1997. Después de 20 años asesorando bodegas, en 2016 decidí empezar a elaborar y comercializar mi propia marca, Thémera, cuyo nombre está directamente relacionado con mi Galicia natal. Elaboramos una media de 50.000 botellas anuales con la variedad tempranillo, tratando de hacer vinos sencillos con un carácter artesanal.
